Various locations
College is a time to discover yourself and become confident in who you are. To aid with this process, Penn State has many offices, resources, and departments dedicated to help during this time of change. By participating in the Advocacy Unit Open House, students can become familiar with any of the resources of interest to them.
Taking place on Wednesday, January 12 during normal operationg hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.), students are able to visit any (or all) of the participating units below. To participate:
- Print your Advocacy Unit Open House passport or pick one up from one of our pick-up/drop-off locations, listed below
- Visit an office and talk to a representative to learn more about what the office is, the resources it offers, and how it can help you
- Get your Advocacy Unit Open House passport stamped by that representative, and move on to the next office to do the same
- Drop off your passport by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday at any of our drop-off locations once you've visited all the offices of interest to you
Each stamp collected on your passport will enter you into our raffle to win one of three prizes: an Apple Watch or one of our $50 gift cards to the Downtown Improvement District, redeemable at over 100 locations in Downtown State College.
